Quick Write 10/4
In paragraph three, the author states his opinion against automated voice machines answering the phone for companies rather than actual human beings. Everyone has gone through the hassle of dealing with a machine during a phone call; they are annoying to say the least. I always try to skip through everything as quick as possible until I reach a time when the machine asks if I can speak to an employer. While saving money using a machine to answer the phone for a company, it also makes it difficult for the customer because the machine doesn't always have the capability to deal with each person's individual issue. The author is explaining how much longer every situation will be drawn out if voice machines are used instead of an employee.
