The author claims that it is "dangerous" to have Voice Messaging Systems because it doesn't allow us humans to have interaction with other people. He gives an example that so many people are buying things online instead of going to the store and interacting with the salesperson. He feels like more and more people are choosing to interact with objects than have a social life.
Even though the author made a few excellent points, I feel as though he may have been a little too harsh on technology. Even though all communication shouldn't been done on a computer, it has also made it possible to reconnect with people that you may have lost touch with years ago.
