Quickwrite 10/4

In the last paragraph, I think that the author is trying to say that the systems are highly inefficient because they don't involve human communication. He is saying that if every time you make an important call and these voice messages come up there can be emergencies where you can't wait to press a certain number to speak directly with someone. The author used the example of even 911 having pre recorded messages, which we all know would not be good.
