response

when we started reading the example of the literacy papers i was hoping to hear a few enticing papers but instead i was disappointed. the bowling paper we read was way too repetitive and did not hold my attention. i thought at first i might be biased because it isn't something i would think literacy would apply to, but i was happy to find out that the rest of my group had a hard time following as well. i feel there's a difference between literacy and enjoying the game, and i think the author of that paper was just writing about her first time bowling for her school team.
