In the last paragraph the writer explains how technology is inefficient these days. I agree with this statement because I personally always have problems with talking to a computer rather than a real living human being. The last sentence really made me think about how technology has rapidly spread though out our world today. For example when he stated that if we needed to call 911, we might have to go though the whole process of "click 9 for more options" ect. This scares me because it is so unreliable for a computer to recognize voices. I also think of people with disabilities who may need an actual human to understand, people with stutters, people who speak a different language ect. In conclusion I believe that talking to a real person over a computer is much better and more efficient because A: we can have a conversation with them and help our social skills, and B: because computers don't always understand what we are telling them.
