This peice shows us another style of writting. This one an example of a personal history piece. The author tells us about her experience as a American Indian woman simailar to how we are supposed to write about our personal histories and our various experiences. also she writes in the style of a story teller which fits into her area of literacy and it adds to thetheme of her narative.
