Prompt #1: I agree that it can turn into a dangerous system. As of now dealing with a tiny problem can take a chunk out of your day, don't forget that it's a frustrating chunk. If this voice messaging system moves it way to 911 (like the author said) or to the doctor's office it can become dangerous. People rely on these systems to be as fast as possible. Sometimes a matter of minutes saved could be life and death.

I agree with what your saying, imagine how much more difficult it would make it for the doctors office. Or even the places you may call that your on hold already without Voice Messaging Systems.
ReplyDeleteI do agree that it can definitely take time out of your day. It also would be extremely dangerous if 911 became this sort of system. It is inconvenient that when you call for something, you literally have to take ten different routes before you can get your answer.
